Dispatch details:
All orders received before 2:45pm Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day.

United Kingdom shipping:
We ship all orders to mainland UK free of charge.
Orders below 2KG are shipped via Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1-2 day delivery)
Orders above 2KG are shipped via Parcelforce 24 (Usually delivered next day)

Special delivery options are available through the checkout process if you want to upgrade to receive your order quicker.

Europe & International shipping:
Europe: Flat €17.95
International: £23.99

International orders are shipped using our courier partner for your specific country, usually this is FedEX or DHL.


We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to UK Non-Mainland orders at cost (the regions affected by this surcharge are Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey and the Scottish Highlands and Islands). These charges will only be applied when we are charged excess shipping costs and you will be notified prior to despatch wherever possible, we will do whatever we can to keep your shipping costs to a minimum.

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or lost orders/items by our carriers. We will however ensure you are compensated to the total value of your order including shipping costs.
