Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. We currently only accept online shipping orders for the UK and Ireland. If you are ordering outside of the UK or Ireland, your order will be charged shipping upon completion. You will be notified of your shipping cast before we take payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or fax, We strongly suggest not sending payment details via email.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We aim to ship all orders within a maximum of 2 days upon receipt of order. This is not a contract for shipping. If for any reason your order is likely to be subject to a longer delivery time, we will email you to advise you of an expected/approximate delivery time. If this is not acceptable please contact us as soon as you can.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days . International orders are generally advised of a lead time upon receipt of order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you do not reply to our contact, your item will be left on back order and charged upon despatch. Please refer to shipping terms for more information.
Tax Charges All site prices stated are inclusive of 17.5% VAT. Where orders received do not qualify for VAT. Invoices will be presented VAT exempt and subject to no VAT charge.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of ur products are tested and established brands. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please call us to discuss an alternative product or replacement. If any of our products are covered by a manufactures warranty, we will need the product back before we can make a decision regarding a replacement product or refund.

MXBITS ALWAYS DISPATCHES GOODS IN PERFECT CONDITION.

If you are thinking of returning an item then in all instances you MUST contact us to discuss. Failure to do so will result in refusal to accept returns. All returns MUST be complete with a MXBits goods return slip which is availble when issued with a good returns number

In the rare case that MXBits has made a mistake then the customer will not be out of pocket!


Returning Goods:

Any goods returned to MXBits for whatever reason MUST be returned using a tracking method e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Any goods being returned to MXBits which become lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the sender and NOT MXBits. No refunds/exchanges will be awarded in such a case. We cannot refund or exchange until the returned goods are returned to us and signed for. It is up to the customer returning goods to ensure they are returned in original condition.

Any returned fragile item such as eyewear will be inspected for scratches and marks caused by the recipient. No refund of any fragile item will be granted if the item is found to be sub-standard. Please take utmost care when unpacking, inspecting or trying on such items


You have sent me the wrong product:

If we have sent you a product/s, not listed on the invoice we will be happy to exchange said product for the correct item.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Goods must be in original packaging.
Goods must not be fitted or used.

You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your original payment method. Proof of postage cost i.e. a receipt is required before a refund is granted

Goods must be accompanied with a complete Returns Form


I ordered the wrong product:

If we have sent you a product/s listed on your invoice we will be happy to:

Refund the unwanted item subject to a restocking charge of 20%.
Replace the goods for the correct item. (Additional charges may be incurred subject to the cost of the item required.)

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Goods must be in original packaging.
Goods must not be fitted or used.

You will have to pay the post office to return the goods. No refund of postage will be given. Any further item dispatched will be subject to the stated postage tariff.

Goods must be accompanied with a complete Returns Form


I no longer want the product:

If we have sent you a product/s listed on your invoice we will be happy to:

You will have to pay the cost incurred to return the goods. No refund of postage will be given.

Warranty Claims:

Most goods are covered against defect of workmanship and material. This does not cover normal wear of material. All warranty claims are subject to the approval of the manufacturer after inspection.

Products that are replaced will be replaced with the same size and model as those originally purchased where applicable. Please make sure that products returned under a warranty claim are washed and clean where applicable. In all cases we endeavour to exchange item/s as soon as possible.

All postage costs will be refunded if warranty claim is accepted. Proof of postage cost i.e. a receipt is required before a refund is granted. If a warranty claim is refused by the product manufacture, the customer will incur any return postage charges and NOT MXBits.


I have received damaged or faulty goods:

If packaging or the product received is faulty or damaged in anyway you MUST contact us immediately. Proof will be required.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Goods must be in original packaging.
Goods must not be fitted or used.

You will have to pay the post office to return the goods.

Goods must be accompanied with a complete Returns Form


Promotional Items:

Any promotional item returned is subject to all conditions stated above and any listed in the description of that item. Any refunds on promotional items will be refunded at the priced paid as shown on the invoice and not the price shown on the site.

Any free item received as part of a promotion MUST be returned along with the product that is being returned. Failure to do so will result in the Free item being charged at the price shown on the site.


Clearance items:

Any item bought from the clearance section will be accurately described and may be described as being in less than perfect condition. Proof of its condition will be shown on the site. Purchase of this product is as described and seen.

Any item bought in error CANNOT be returned unless found to be incorrectly dispatched o found to be faulty in any way outside of that described when purchased.
